Hello! I’m David Ellison.

For work, I am a computational linguist and software engineer. In my “professional” career as such, I have worked on software for spoken language recognition and understanding, search and information retrieval, and language modeling for touch-screen textual input. I’m also interested in structured prediction (i.e., parsing), computational semantics, and NLP for humanities. (For some professional details, please see /resume.) I live in Seattle.
